Die Landschaft und der Weg waren wieder sehr eindrucksvoll. An den Pools gab es sogar eine Badeaufsicht und in den Engstellen hingen Ketten bis ins Wasser, an denen man sich im Notfall festhalten konnte, da die W\u00e4nde links und rechts senkrecht nach oben gingen.<\/p>\n<p>Einer unserer Mitstreiter meinte sich ohne gro\u00dfen Sichtschutz die Badehose anziehen zu m\u00fcssen, obwohl das Baden in den Pools nur nach islamischen Vorgaben, also mit Hemd und Hose gestattet war. Als er nach seinem Bad die Badehose auszog, sang Kai: &#8222;Der Mond ist aufgegangen&#8230;..&#8220; 20 Augenpaare suchten den Mond und fanden ihn bei dem mittlerweile blank stehenden Opfer. Das Gel\u00e4chter war gro\u00df und die peinliche Betroffenheit beim &#8222;Mond&#8220; hoffentlich auch.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3520\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3520\" wir einiges zu erledigen hatten.<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst trafen wir uns am Al Saleel Naturpark, wo die bereits fast ausgestorbenen Sandgazellen gez\u00fcchtet und ausgewildert werden.<\/p>\n<figure wir noch im Carrefour fehlende Lebensmittel ein. Dort konnte man auch Duschen. Nach dem Mittagessen ging es dann Richtung Sur. Da wir alle volltanken sollten und wir gut in der Zeit lagen, lie\u00dfen wir an einer Tankstelle das Wohnmobil 2 Mal waschen. Richtig, 2 Mal, denn nachdem die Wagenw\u00e4scher fertig waren, bat ich sie noch, die Solarpaneele auf dem Dach na\u00df abzuwischen. Sie besorgten eine Leiter und sahen dann unser verdrecktes Dach. Das wurde dann komplett super ges\u00e4ubert, dadurch war der Rest des Wagen wieder dreckig. Also alles von Vorne. Der Wagen sah danach aus wie neu.<\/p>\n<p>Sur ist eine sehr sch\u00f6ne Stadt und wird als Omans Nizza bezeichnet. Wir legten einen Fotostop am Fischereihafen mit den Dhawbooten ein und fuhren anschlie\u00dfend zur einzigen Dahwwerft, die wir besichtigten, wie auch schon vor 20 Jahren auf unserer Oman Rundreise. Dort werden die Dahws f\u00fcr Kunden aus aller Welt gefertigt. Pl\u00e4ne gibt es nicht und der Rumpf enth\u00e4lt kein Metall, alles wird aus geschnitzten Holzn\u00e4geln zusammen gef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3529\" Dort gibt es einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand, an dem wir 2 Tage stehen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Empfang dort war allerdings nicht einladend, es herrschte ein starker Wind, so dass das geplante Bad ausfallen mu\u00dfte.<\/p>\n<p>In der Nacht nahm der Wind weiter zu. Ich machte nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck einen Strandspaziergang und sah, wie die Fischer mit Pickups ihre Boote weiter an Land zogen, da die Flut sehr stark war. Ich konnte einen Krabbenj\u00e4ger beobachten, wie er ein 1 m tiefes Loch mit den H\u00e4nden grub um eine kleine Krabbe zu fangen. Darum blieben wir noch bis zum Nachmittag am Strand von Ras al Hadd, wo wir die Fischer mit ihren Wurfnetzen beobachten konnten. Sie hatten es auf kleine Fische abgesehen, die durch jagende Tunfische in Strandn\u00e4he gedr\u00fcckt wurden. Die Schw\u00e4rme konnte man als dunkelblaue Wolke im Wasser gut ausmachen. Diese kam dann auch und um 20 Uhr machten wir uns auf den Weg zum abgesperrten Strand.<\/p>\n<p>Wir konnten 2 gr\u00fcne Schildkr\u00f6ten beobachten, die ihre Eier bereits abgelegt hatten und die 2. Grube aushoben, die sich direkt neben der mit den Eiern befindet und von der sie dann wieder ins Meer gelangen. Diese 2. Grube dient nur als Tarnung zum Schutz der ersten, da die Spuren im Sand nur zur leeren Grube f\u00fchrt. Pfiffig, was die Tiere an Strategien entwickeln. Sie hatten f\u00fcr uns noch eine Abendf\u00e4hre organisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dort trafen wir p\u00fcnktlich ein und entdeckten 2 F\u00e4hren. Eine war neu und gro\u00df, die andere war uralt und klein. Nat\u00fcrlich war die uralte unsere. Es war Ebbe und die Auffahrt ging steil bergab und auf der F\u00e4hre wieder bergauf. Als wir sahen wie schwierig und risikoreich unsere Mitstreiter r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts auf die F\u00e4hre fuhren, lehnten wir diese \u00dcberfahrt ab, da wir unser Womo nicht unn\u00f6tig besch\u00e4digen wollten.<\/p>\n<p>Wir \u00fcbernachteten im F\u00e4hrhafen und wollten am n\u00e4chsten Tag ein Ticket f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfe F\u00e4hre buchen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies gelang am n\u00e4chsten Tag auch und frohgemut fuhren wir zum Anleger. Alles sah gut aus. Es war Flut und die Auffahrt erschien mir machbar.<\/p>\n<p>Als vorletztes Fahrzeug wurden wir eingewiesen. R\u00fcckw\u00e4rts sollte es die Auffahrt hoch gehen, da es nur eine Einfahrt gab und auf der anderen Seite vorw\u00e4rts entladen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Dann machte sich eine Schwachstelle unseres Womos bemerkbar, die sehr eingeschr\u00e4nkte Bodenfreiheit und der gro\u00dfe Heck\u00fcberhang. Sofort setzte ich auf, und die Crew versuchte mit dicken Matten eine Weiterfahrt zu erm\u00f6glichen. Auch sie stie\u00dfen an ihre Grenzen und so wurde ich aufgefordert vorw\u00e4rt einzufahren. Dies gelang dann auch, wieder mit Hilfe von Matten und Balken.<\/p>\n<p>Erleichtert war ich allerdings nicht, denn auf der anderen Seite mu\u00dfte ich jetzt r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts die F\u00e4hre verlassen.<\/p>\n<p>Um kurz nach 9 Uhr ging es los. Ich sah, wie ein Poller langsam am Fenster vorbei zog, doch kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter fuhren wir wieder zur\u00fcck. Einer von 4 Motoren war ausgefallen. Nach 90 Minuten Reparaturzeit ging es dann endlich auf die 60 min\u00fctige \u00dcberfahrt los.<\/p>\n<p>Ich hoffte, dass die Versp\u00e4tung ihr Gutes hat und die Ebbe einsetzte und das Verlassen des Schiffes beg\u00fcnstigte. Leider war genau das Gegenteil der Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Als wir in Hilf, auf Masirah ankamen, wurde mir fast schlecht. Die Flut hatte ihren H\u00f6hepunkt erreicht und die F\u00e4hrausfahrt war so steil, dass selbst die Pickups ganz langsam \u00fcber den Knick unten fuhren. Mir war klar, das geht f\u00fcr uns \u00fcberhaupt nicht. Auch die Crew blickte besorgt zu uns. Der worst case war, wir verlassen die F\u00e4hre bis zur n\u00e4chsten Ebbe nicht. Dies war allerdings auch nicht so einfach, da wir 3 LKWs blockierten, die sicherlich nach der Verz\u00f6gerung der Abfahrt gerne noch 4 Stunden Wartezeit durch uns akzeptiert h\u00e4tten. Die Crew diskutierte und wir wurden gebeten es zu versuchen. Wir forderten sie auf mehr als die vorhandenen 4 Matten zu besorgen. Daraufhin wurden alle im Hafen befindliche F\u00e4hren gepl\u00fcndert und ich wagte den Versuch. Es waren bestimmt 10 Crewmitglieder involviert, die permanent Matten vor die Hinterreifen legten, und nach dem \u00dcberfahren, diese wieder auf bereits vorgelegte Matten platzierten. So erreichten sie permanent einen Abstand unseres Hecks vom Boden. Das Ganze geschah Zentimeter f\u00fcr Zentimeter und dauerte bestimmt 20 Minuten. Endlich war es geschafft, ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Es gab Barsch und Scampis, das Ganze garniert an einer menschenleeren Bucht, war super. Gekr\u00f6nt wurde der Tag allerdings durch einen Nachthimmel, den wir so noch nicht erlebt hatten. Ohne jegliches Fremdlicht, waren die Sterne zum Greifen nah. Wieder erlebten wir ein wundersch\u00f6nes Naturerlebnis.<\/p>\n<p>Wir beschlossen die n\u00e4chsten Tage an diesem Stellplatz zu bleiben und die Natur zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen kam ein Fischer, der sein Boot zu Wasser bringen wollte. Er hatte anscheinend Zeit und Interesse mit uns zu sprechen und uns verschieden Fischfangtechniken zu erkl\u00e4ren. Den Kingfisch f\u00e4ngt er mit der Leine, Barsche mit dem Netz, Lobster mit Reusen und die kleinen Fische mit dem Wurfnetz. Einige Mitreisende waren schon weiter gefahren.Wir waren zu F\u00fcnft und beschlossen in der letzten Nacht zu versuchen, Schildkr\u00f6ten zu beobachten. Der Mond ging um 00:15 Uhr auf, die Flut erreichte den H\u00f6hepunkt um 00:30 Uhr, also verabredeten wir uns zu 1 Uhr.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich konnten wir 2 Schildkr\u00f6ten beim Ausheben der Gruben f\u00fcr die Eiablage beobachten. Leider kam es nicht zur Eiablage, da sie immer wieder auf Korallenst\u00fccke und Steine stie\u00dfen, die die Eier sp\u00e4ter besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnten. 3 Gruben hob eine Schildkr\u00f6te aus und gab dann auf und zog sich zur\u00fcck ins Meer. Da wir keine Lampen benutzen wollten, um die Tiere nicht zu st\u00f6ren, gibt es f\u00fcr dieses gro\u00dfartige Erlebnis leider keine Fotos.<\/p>\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag reisten wir ab, nicht ohne die Insel komplett zu umrunden. Wir kauften noch ein und nahmen Wasser auf. Dann ging es zur F\u00e4hre. Da Flut war, konnten wir relativ einfach, nur 3 Personen lagen auf dem Boden und achteten auf Bodenfreiheit, die F\u00e4hre befahren und sp\u00e4ter auch verlassen.<\/p>\n<figure
